Silicon
In what form is that in your body?
There are approximately 7 grams of silicon in the body (1 gram / 10 kg). Silicon is only absorbed by the body in the form of silicic acid (hydrolysed silicon), which is biologically absorbable.
this is how you absorb it
Silicic acid is formed in the gut from mostly silicates in the diet. Only a part of the silicates is converted, so that the biological absorption is limited. BeauSil contains dissolved silicon acid and therefore has a very high absorbability. Silicic acid is now a difficult and unstable substance that crystallises quickly (polymerizes). The point of BeauSil is that the silicon acid is stabilized, so it remains in solution and is therefore properly absorbed.
